We’re planning work days for this weekend (Saturday April 27) and next (Saturday May 4).
This weekend (April 27) we’ll work from 10:00am-12:30pm and do preparation work for next weekend. There are some downed trees that need to be cleared as well as a few other tasks on the front loop that can be done in preparation for new crusher dust – drainage, pipe installation, improvements to boardwalk ramps, etc.
On May 4 (rain or shine!) we’re going to put fresh crusher dust down on the front part of the trail system and could use lots of volunteers to help move and rake crusher dust. We will have equipment to help move it, but may do some manual moving with carts, and will need lots of volunteers to spread the material.
