LaHave River Trail Association AGM

Our Annual General Meeting is booked for Wednesday March 20, 7:00pm, at the Northfield District Fire Department.

We need volunteers to step up into executive positions to help ensure our association’s continuity. Our association’s primary goal is to provide the municipality/province with a connected multi-use trail from Bridgewater to New Germany.
The trail is for walkers/runners, cyclists, equestrian & registered OHVs which include SxS, ATV, Snowmobile & dirt-bikes.
Anyone that wants to help us achieve our connectivity goal is welcome to attend and membership is $10/person/year.
Ideally the responsibilities of executive positions are as follows:
-The Chair hosts our general meeting as well as (historically) 8-9 monthly meetings.
-The Vice-Chair shall preside as Chairperson should the Chair not be available.
-The Treasurer maintains financial records of the association, as well as annual financial statements for the AGM.
-The Secretary sends invitations to meetings out to members and takes Minutes during the meetings and distributes them to members.
