Keppoch Winter Fun Day

We’re planning lots of activities alongside community partners for you and your family to enjoy. Admission to the Keppoch and most of the activities are free on this day!
Here’s a snapshot of what to expect:
– Free s’mores and hot chocolate to enjoy around the fire
– We’ll be firing up the BBQ and there will be some other munchies for a small fee
– Town Rec is offering free, intro to cross-country ski lessons (including gear!) on a first come, first serve basis, register here: forms.office.com/r/VakM1PSMmx
– Family activities and kids’ games for everyone to enjoy, including disc golf
– Highland Trail Running will be on site with lots of goodies and will be leading a short 2km intro run at noon and a longer run at 2
– All our winter equipment rentals, including cross-country skis and snowshoes, will be half price
– The fine folks from Cross Country Nova Scotia, Hike Nova Scotia, the Department of Natural Resources and Renewables, Make Your Move Antigonish, and the St Fx Emergency Medical Response Team will be there as well
