In February of 2018, we asked our members and stakeholders to participate in a survey and share their thoughts on what areas we should concentrate on as an organization and where improvements could be made. The participation rate was outstanding with over 300 respondents participating in the survey. Half of the respondents were members and the other half were stakeholders.
Once the results were compiled by our consultant, the NS Trails Board of Directors gathered in May to review the results and create a Strategic Framework to guide the organization’s work over the next 3 years. At our Annual General Meeting in June, the framework was approved and we are excited to share the Strategic Framework and Survey Results. As the Strategic Framework is ambitious, it will need to be phased in over the next three years. The implementation plan for 2019-2020 can be found below.
