DESCRIPTION:Take the Roof off Winter \n\n\nWe are happy to join Recreation Nova Scotia’s winter active campaign which helps Nova Scotians of all ages improve their health and quality of life by being active during the winter months! Come out and enjoy skating\, skiing\, snowshoeing\, hiking\, playing in the snow\, or sliding.  Warm-up around an afternoon bonfire with roasted marshmallows!  Skis\, snowshoes\, and sleds are available to use free of charge during the program on a first-come\, first-served basis!  Weather permitting. \n\n\n Saturdays\, January 27 – March 2\n 10:00am – 3:00pm\n MARC\, Dayspring\nIt’s FREE!\n\n\nRegistration is NOT required.

DESCRIPTION:Long Lake Provincial Park Association is a partner in our SDG Program\, and we’re delighted to invite you to the FIRST LONG LAKE WINTER CARNIVAL! \n\n\n Saturday\, March 2\, 10AM – 3PM\n10 Dunbrack St. (large parking lot)\n Outdoor fun and a chance to explore the park\n\n\nWhat can you do at the carnival?\n\n\n Join a family-friendly guided hike or game\n Enjoy free hot chocolate\nHave hot dogs & hamburgers from 12PM – 2PM (veg options available!)\n\n\n Plus\, our main area will have activities happening every hour!\n\n\nDrop by any time between 10AM and 3PM for some all ages fun!\n\n—\nCome join us for the very first Long Lake Winter Carnival! It’s a day full of outdoor fun and a chance to explore the park. We’ll be at 10 Dunbrack St in the Large Parking Lot from 10 AM to 3 PM on Saturday\, March 2nd. There will be lots to do! You can stay active by joining our family-friendly guided hikes and games. Or if you prefer to relax\, enjoy a free hot chocolate. We also have hot dogs and hamburgers (with vegetarian options) available from 12 PM to 2 PM. Our main area will have activities happening every hour.
